Our Story
Built by locals, for the East End
Drift Wellness was founded by Brady Yusko and Francesca Johnson, who share a passion for wellness, recovery, and the Hamptons community.
Brady was born and raised in the Hamptons. His father grew up in Montauk, and his mother is a local teacher. A three-sport varsity athlete at East Hampton High School, he has made health and wellness central to his life for as long as he can remember. After several years working in advertising in New York City, Brady had always dreamed of coming home to the Hamptons for good.
Francesca grew up in Westchester, where she spent her time rowing and playing tennis. She built her career in the city, overseeing revenue operations at a media company, and never imagined leaving New York. Then she met Brady in 2022. He slowly wore her down, and the East End did the rest. Francesca left her job to make the move out east. Drift is how they made it home.
A few years ago, Brady and Francesca discovered sauna and cold plunge therapy, and heat and cold quickly became part of their daily routine. After feeling the recovery and mental clarity of contrast therapy firsthand, they wanted to share it. Instead of opening a studio, they decided to bring the experience directly to people: to backyards, beach houses, and events across the East End. Every session is private, built around your group, and fully handled by the Drift team.
Today, they live in the Hamptons with their lab mix, Acadia, named after Acadia National Park in Maine, where they took their first trip together.

Our Commitment to Quality
A sauna built for the East End
We believe the experience is only as good as the equipment behind it. Our sauna is built from premium thermally modified Thermowood, a Scandinavian softwood that has been heat-treated to resist moisture, warping, rot, and insects. That means it's built to handle salt air and changing seasons while holding steady, consistent heat. The wood is also FSC-certified, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests.
Clean, cold water every time
Our cold plunge tubs are typically powered by commercial-grade chillers that keep the water cold while continuously filtering and cleaning it. For locations where a chiller isn't practical, we use fresh water and ice instead. Either way, every tub is fully sanitized between activations, so every session starts fresh.
Safety you don't have to think about
Drift Wellness is fully insured. Our team handles setup, tends the wood fire, and breaks everything down, so all you have to do is relax.
