Absolutely. Our sauna and cold plunge experiences are perfect for Hamptons homes, backyard gatherings, recovery days, and special events. Drift Wellness brings everything directly to your location so you can enjoy a private wellness experience without leaving your property.

All Drift Wellness experiences are designed for groups of up to 8 guests.

We are full service, including delivery, setup, and breakdown of all equipment. All you need is an outdoor space suitable for the sauna and/or cold plunge and access to the location at the scheduled time. For cold plunge bookings, we also require access to a water source to fill the tub.

We recommend bringing comfortable swimwear and water to stay hydrated. Towels and robes can be added to your booking or are included with the Drift Experience.

Our setup typically requires a flat outdoor space such as a driveway, backyard, or patio.

The experience can be set up on grass as long as the area is relatively flat and accessible for delivery. Our setup also fits comfortably in most standard driveways.

Our sauna is mounted on a trailer and delivered directly to your location. We position it in the agreed-upon setup area and handle the full setup and breakdown so you can simply enjoy the experience.

Contrast therapy involves alternating between heat (sauna) and cold immersion (cold plunge). This process helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Most people can safely enjoy sauna and cold plunge therapy, but we recommend consulting your doctor if you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about heat or cold exposure.

Yes. Drift Wellness experiences are perfect for gatherings, celebrations, recovery days, and special events. For large groups, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your session.

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

We understand that plans can change— one complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
