Drift Wellness, Inc. was founded by Brady Yusko, a lifelong Hampton local who grew up surrounded by the natural beauty and active lifestyle of the East End. After discovering the powerful physical and mental benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy through his own wellness routine, Brady realized that these practices — widely embraced in other parts of the world — weren’t easily accessible in the Hamptons. Seeing a real need in the community, he set out to create a space where people could experience the restorative effects of heat and cold therapy.

Drift Wellness was created to help locals and visitors reset, recover, and prioritize their health. Rooted in the coastal lifestyle of the Hamptons, Drift offers a simple but powerful approach to wellness — combining sauna and cold plunge to support recovery, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
